Affinity Group Lunches at RO-MAN 2025

As part of our continued efforts to foster an inclusive and welcoming environment, RO-MAN 2025 will host affinity group lunches for Women@RO-MAN, Queer@RO-MAN, and BIPOC@RO-MAN. These gatherings provide attendees who expressed interest in these groups with the opportunity to share experiences, build community, and connect with peers in a dedicated space.

 Please note that the lunch provided during the main conference lunch break will be served as usual in the general catering area. Attendees who registered interest in participating in affinity lunch sessions are invited to pick up their lunch and proceed to the designated affinity group rooms.

  Wednesday, August 27th — Auditorium 15 & 16

• Queer@RO-MAN Lunch
  Thursday, August 28th — Auditorium 15

• BIPOC@RO-MAN Lunch
  Thursday, August 28th — Auditorium 16
  (Please note that Queer@RO-MAN and BIPOC@RO-MAN lunches will take place on the same day due to limited room availability)
